After graduating from the law school of Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Franz Waldl served as a trainee lawyer with a major law firm in Linz from 1996 to 2001, and worked with Saxinger, Chalupsky & Partners Rechtsanwälte from 2001 to 2016, since 2002 as a partner.

Franz Waldl has provided full legal services for a large number of mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, and similar transactions involving entire companies from due diligence up to final negotiations and Closing of the transaction. Thanks to many years of activity in the field of public law (particularly energy law, construction and environmental law) he has acquired comprehensive knowledge of and experience in these fields which are often critical for companies. Therefore, he is in a position to provide specialised services to clients in the implementation of industrial, trade, and infrastructure projects, as well as with real estate transactions and negotiations with authorities, and as proceedings to obtain official permits and licences. Furthermore, Mag. Waldl is an excellent adviser for any issues related to the tricky field of Procurement Law.
